Our Adventure Courses are popular and we are particularly busy at peak times of the day. In order to ensure a quality experience for each guest we allocate a certain number of tickets to each time slot in the day.

Reservations
Adirondack Extreme highly recommends reservations. Avoid the waiting and book now. We do accept walk ins but you might not be able to get on our courses at the time you arrive. Please remember to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation in order to fill out waiver forms and get fitted for your equipment. Not arriving on time will affect your groups scheduled departure.
Cancellations
If you are not able to make your reservation please give us at least 24 hours notice in order for Adirondack Extreme to remove you from our reservation books. Groups are required to hold their reservation by credit card. Credit cards are only charged if you do not call us to cancel your groups reservation. A $30 fee per person will be charged to your credit card if reservations are not properly canceled.
Cancellation by Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course: Guest may reschedule or payment/deposit will be refunded in full.
Group “Drop In” and Advance Bookings
Do you have a group of 10 or more people interested in doing the same AEAC activity? Receive our group rate of 10% off when you make a group booking. Call 1-518-494-7200 for more information.
Youth/School/Corporate Groups
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations will be accepted 48 hours in advance of your reservation date and a full refund of the 50% deposit will be processed.
If you fail to cancel within the 48 hours prior to your reservation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
